What Comes in the Appraisal
Full Walkin Appraisals
This will include interior/exterior photos, building sketch, minimum of 3 closed sales, public records, parcel maps, aerial view, and location map of the subject property and closed sales used. A copy of appraiser license. All reports will be completed by a CA State Certified Real Estate Appraiser.
Exterior Appraisals
This will include interior/exterior photos, building sketch, minimum of 3 closed sales, public records, parcel maps, aerial view, and location map of the subject property and closed sales used. A copy of appraiser license. All reports will be completed by a CA State Certified Real Estate Appraiser.
Desktop Appraisal
This includes all services from the Full Walk in Appraisal but will be completed without a physical inspection of the property. All research is done from the appraiser's desk. The appraiser will use the appropriate resources available such as public records and the local multiple listing services.
